The Guardian South brand and marketing had to build upon the trust and recognition earned by the first tower, but neither we, nor our clients, nor our audience wanted to see the same thing over again. A brand refresh with a new colour palette infused the new renderings, website, print materials, advertising and presentation centre to announce The Guardian’s completion of this urban community. Once again, we saw overnight campers before the VIP sales launch and a steady stream of buyers ready to make deals.
