Originating as a brand identity project in 2004, our collaboration with Rize, one of Vancouver's leading property developers, evolved into an enduring creative consultancy. Over the years, Rize transitioned from relative obscurity to becoming one of the most recognized developers in Vancouver.
After several years of brand and marketing consultation, Cause+Affect executed a comprehensive rebrand of Rize Alliance in 2009. This involved a name shortening, logo redesign, adjustment of corporate colors, development of a strategic communication strategy, and the creation of marketing materials. The brand experience extended to the design of their new corporate offices.
Rize, a boutique development developer operating solely in Metro Vancouver for 25 years, has been able to successfully leverage their new brand and continue to build strong community ties by maintaining dialogue outside the sales process.
