In an industry where demolishing houses is typically the norm for removal, Unbuilders is challenging this practice and offering a more environmentally friendly alternative. Instead of demolition, Unbuilders specializes in deconstruction, prioritizing sustainability in the quest for a healthier planet.

As the inaugural deconstruction company in British Columbia, Unbuilders focuses on dismantling and salvaging valuable materials from both residential and commercial properties. The brand exemplifies entrepreneurial spirit, respect, and community values, establishing a culture crucial in today's development industry. This culture harks back to the traditional qualities of craftsmanship and care, blending them with innovative business processes that benefit both customers and the environment.

We provided a phased brand strategy to quickly launch the business with initial sales tools and concurrently collaborated with the client to formulate a compelling business proposition for investors. The brand strategy work defined a culture to foster employee ambassadorship and attract the right talent.

We crafted a logo identity and corporate communications package to mirror the experience Unbuilders aims to provide its customers. Additionally, a brand book was created to serve as both an organizational compass for hiring and design guideline.
